Technical Testing
We provide a variety of in-house technical testing services, including dexterity testing, alpha numeric tests and verbal reasoning tests, which cover the broad cross-section of engineering and production roles. These help to ensure new hires meet productivity demands as early as possible.
Medical Q&A
Should a client need us to, we can ensure that we provide medical Q&A as part of the retained recruitment process. Should a client require any specific medical questioning, then this can be incorporated into the formal vetting. A full copy of Kinetic’s standard Medical Q&A can be provided on request.
CRB Checks
We can build security and CRB (including POVA) police checks into the vetting process or pre/post offer & acceptance stage.
Psychometric Assessment
We provide both in house and externally sourced services including HJA (Human Job Analysis), PPA (Personality Profile Analysis) to ensure a correct cultural fit with your organisation.
Full Reference Checking
We can undertake to gather full 5 year verbal/written references at any stage of the recruitment process.
