Duties & Key Responsibilities Business to Business sales Weekly sales activity to agreed targets. Maximise business opportunities by proactively examining the opportunity for multiple revenue streams (temps / perms) within each individual client. Pro-active resourcing Able to demonstrate a number of ways of pro-actively resourcing applicants, through Networking, Business meetings, job sites, candidate leads. Pro-active interviewing skills Ability to extract key information from candidate, and probe for further details to confirm a candidate’s ability. Accurate matching skills. Competent reverse marketing of candidates. Communication skills Including written, listening, verbal and non-verbal communication. Regional commercial experience - Environmental & Commercial Environmental - knowledge of the industry and market place within the Region. Commercial - general legislation read local press / watch local news. Competition Analysis. Development of Client Relationships Ability to continually develop and maintain client relationships i.e. multiple contacts, different departments, Level of contacts, range of services, negotiation skills. Development of Candidate Relationships Ability to continually develop and maintain candidate relationships i.e. through networking, developing loyalty etc. Adherence to Quality Procedures Understands philosophy behind the ISO system, benefits to Kinetic and our Customers and use the Adapt system.
